International Higher School Of Medicine, Issykul campus
On the shores of Issyk-Kul Lake, in the village of Cholpon-Ata, sits the IHSM structural division known as Issyk-Kul Campus. The campus functions similarly to the IHSM campus in Bishkek and offers 5 years of training to get an MD Degree in General Medicine. The given administrative subdivisions departments seated in Issyk-Kul Campus also closely interact with IHSM departments of the Central Campus. These training units have all the study materials required on the campus in order to enhance learning.
With the medical institutions of the campus, faculties of the campus have close cooperation with such medical centers of Cholpon-Ata and Issyk-Kul regions of Kyrgyzstan as Issyk-Kul Hospital, Family Medicine Center, and “Goluboy Issyk-Kul” Rehabilitation Centre.
Admission Process
- Step 1: In case they fail to have one, they need to apply for an account with the University and then fill out the complete online application of the University We do it by filling out the course registration form that is found on our website and then the following steps will be done.
- Step 2: Print out the application. Enclose here is the signed form together with the following documents:
- Step 3: Make photocopies of the documents and then send the copies by email to the relevant admission office in the subject line put ‘Application for Admission’ in the message body.
- Step 4: Documents can only be submitted at the time of application until the deadline date has been reached. Do not wait until the last minute of the submission to ensure that all your documents have been compiled.
- Step 5: The Medical University will issue the student an acceptance or rejection letter based on the verification of the student’s documentation.
- Step 6: During the first phase the initial fees need to be met if the candidate has been accepted. The fee will be paid by the student after receiving an acknowledgment letter concerning the fee.
- Step 7: Students must complete the following tasks: translating and attesting the basic educational papers.
- Step 8: The applicant needs to apply for a student visa right away if they have been accepted. Letters of invitation will be issued to students by the university through mail.
