Admission Process

Admission policy: KPC Kolkata has a unique admission policy for all the courses offered [Source: Pro Prospectus of KPC Kolkata]. Applicants go through tests such as entrance tests and aptitude tests. Varying programs: MBBS candidates must score in NEET UG, and postgraduate candidates must take NEET PG. Student performance and qualification are evaluated to guarantee a diverse and competent learner population being admitted.

For MBBS Admission:

• To be considered for admission to KPC’s MBBS program, candidates must first register for and take the NTA’s NEET-UG exam.
• Candidates must register on the WBMCC website in order to participate in counseling sessions for both the WB State Quota and the Pvt. Management Quota, which is based on their NEET-UG scores.
• Candidates engage in choice-based filling and locking after counseling, designating KPC, Kolkata as their favored medical school.
• Candidates guarantee KPC selection during the choice-locking phase to expedite seat distribution.
• Candidates must then show up in person at KPC with an acknowledgment slip and the required paperwork to be verified and pay the cost.
• NEET-UG results, counseling participation, document verification, and fee payment by the student are requirements for final admission to KPC, Kolkata.

For Admission to MD/MS:

• To be admitted into the MD/MS program at KPC Medical College & Hospital, MBBS graduates must sit for the National Entrance Postgraduate Medical commonly referred to as NEET-PG.
• Every candidate who would like to apply for the PG Medical Admission in KPC Medical College & Hospital after MBBS must secure the NEET-PG minimum percentile for MD/MS degree and diploma courses.
