Official records of high school with certification. Their medical certificates show that the student is HIV/Aids and other STDs free.

STEP 5:

Before entering Russia, the student has to pay fees for the first year of education. Further, a student is supposed to send us the flight details. In the fall of 1972, a scientific library was constructed in the University. Such a library is known as one of the most outstanding libraries which are located in the area of Mari El.
